About Carly
Carly Scholl is private chef specializing in top-to-bottom menu curation for small events and in-home dining services. She learned just about everything she knows from her mother, Lucinda. Everything else, she learned while attending Cibreo Academy in Florence and pastry school at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris in 2025.
Today, Chef Carly works internationally, spanning from her hometown in Scottsdale, Arizona to historic chateaus in the French countryside, and everywhere in between. Specializing in seasonal, approachable dining, Chef Carly aims to make every meal memorable, and delights in working with clients to build custom menus for any occasion, whether its a weeknight family dinner or an elaborate birthday party with your 40 closest friends.
